Three Simple Steps to Switch

  1. Open a membership account. You can apply online or at any of our branch locations.
  2. Switch any automatic payments and deposits.
  3. Close your account at your previous financial institution.

  • Direct Deposit Form
    Use this form to set up new direct deposits or to switch existing direct deposits from your old account to your new account at SouthPoint Federal Credit Union.(i.e. payroll, government deposits, pension, transfers from other financial institutions, investment dividends, child support or court-issued deposits, etc...)

  • Automatic Payment Change Form
    Send this form to companies notifying them you want to switch your automatic payment from your previous financial institution to your new account at SouthPoint.

  • Account Closing Form
    Send this form to your previous financial institution informing them you are closing your account there. Be sure everything has cleared your account and your automatic payments and direct deposits have been switched to your new SouthPoint account before doing this.
