  Activation  

Must call 1-800-456-6870 from the phone number that you wrote on your application

 
  Receive Card  

You should receive your cards within 7-10 days of ordering

 
  Personal Identification
Number (PIN)
 

Pre-generated PIN should be received 5 days after card is received.  You can personalize it at that time

 
  Lost or Stolen Card  

Call us at 877-794-6712 and also submit a written notice. After hours, you can call 1-800-808-7230

 
  Special Characteristics  

-Applicant must be primary account owner
-You can have up to 3 additional credit card holders on your account free of charge
-Cannot pay ahead to advance the due date
-Foreign transactions are subject to a 1% conversion/processing fee
-Applicant must be re-approved to get an credit limit increase
-You can view the previous 6 months statements online via the eZCardinfo.com web site.

 


*If your minimum monthly payment is not received and your account becomes 1 cycle(s) past due 2 time(s) or more in the past 12 month(s), your rate will be increased to the penalty APR.
