The newest addition to our product list is the Health Savings Account. SouthPoint Federal Credit Union is aware that the cost of health insurance is rising. A Health Savings Account (HSA) gives you more flexibility and control over your health care costs. That's because it empowers you to make your own health care decisions.

To open an HSA, you must have a high-deductible health plan. (Ask your insurance agent if your plan would qualify.) You then contribute money to your HSA on a tax-deferred basis. SouthPoint Federal Credit Union gives you 50 FREE checks and 2 Photo Debit Cards to pay for qualified medical expenses. Best of all, distributions from your HSA are tax-free.
